The 2026 IWWF World Wakesurf Championships will take place at beautiful Xiang Lake in the Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City, China from 9 –17 October 2026. The event offers a USD30,000.00 cash purse to riders competing in the Open Men’s & Women’s Surf & Skim categories. The Malibu LSV23 will be the Official Towboat of the event. Athletes from around the globe will battle it out for Individual and Team Overall World Championship titles, while competitors in the Open Men’s & Women’s Surf and Skim divisions will be vying for their share of a US$30,000 cash purse.
