The IWWF has today announced the selection list of athletes to represent their respective Federations at The World Games 2022, to be held in Birmingham Alabama, from 14th to 16th July 2022.
Waterski disciplines and wakeboarding will be held at Oak Mountain State Park.
Waterski Athlete Selection List – Slalom, Trick & Jump
Total 54 Athletes (maximum 11 Men & 7 Women per medal discipline)
The selection criteria for waterskiing is based on the 30th November 2021 weekly Ranking List
Wakeboard Selection List (Maximum 30 Athletes)
The selection list for wakeboard was previously announced as follows, based on the results from the 2019 IWWF World Wakeboard Championships held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:
This will be the 11thedition of The World Games, a global multi-disciplinary sporting event with non-Olympic sports held every 4 years. This event will showcase 3,600+ athletes from more than 100 countries, competing in 34 sports. IWWF has been part of every edition since the beginning, being one of the founding members of The World Games.
