The 2022 IWWF World Wakeboard Championships will be held from 25th to 30th July 2022 in Rieti, Italy. The event will be organised by the Italian Waterski & Wakeboard Federation, in collaboration with Club Nautico Varco Sabino Wave (CNVS WAVE).

Riders will compete for IWWF World titles in ten age-group categories for both men and women (14 & Under, 18 & Under, 30 & Over, 40 & Over and Open) and team overall title.  The event will offer a USD50,000.00 cash purse to riders competing in the Open Men’s & Women’s category.

The Official Tow Boat will be the 2022 Centurion Ri230.
