2022 IWWF Asian Waterski & Wakeboard Championships begin today in Chuncheon, Korea from 8th to 13th August 2022. The event includes waterski, wakeboard boat and wakesurf disciplines, organised by the Korea Waterski & Wakesports Association

Chuncheon hosted the 2009 IWWF World Wakeboard Championships,
2010 IWWF Waterski & Wakeboard World Cup and 2012 IWWF Asia & Oceania Championships.

About the IWWF:  The International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation (IWWF) is the world governing body for towed watersports and has over 90 affiliated Federations worldwide. It was founded in 1946 in Geneva, Switzerland. It is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the sole authority for towed watersports.
