The International University Sports Federation (FISU) announced last December that the 2022 FISU World Waterski & Wakeboard Championships will be held in the city of Minsk, Belarus.
After discussions with the Organising Committee and recommendation by the IWWF, FISU has confirmed that the event will take place from 24th to 27th August 2022.
The Organizing Committee includes the Belarus Republican Center of Physical Education and Sports for Pupils and Students, the City of Minsk and the Belarus Waterski & Wakeboard Federation, with support of the IWWF World University Commission.
