24th April 2020

The IWWF and French Waterski & Wakeboard Federation have agreed to reschedule the 2020 World Over-35 Waterski Championships. This is in light of the world-wide coronavirus situation, to ensure the safety of organizers and athletes and to show social responsibility.

The event, originally scheduled for September 2020, will now be held on a date to be determined in 2021 at the same event venue, Baurech Lake in France. Information on the event rules and updates will be announced by the IWWF in due course.

The IWWF will continue to monitor the world-wide coronavirus situation while the French Waterski & Wakeboard Federation advises on any travel restrictions leading up to the event.  Federations will be informed ahead of time if there are any further changes.
