The IWWF World Waterski Championships kicks off today in Putrajaya, Malaysia with 134 skiers from from 32 countries having arrived in Malaysia to compete for individual and team overall medals.
All reigning IWWF World Waterski Champions will defend their titles:
Slalom: Regina Jaquess (USA), Frederick Winter (GBR)
Trick: Neilly Ross (CAD) and Adam Pickos (USA)
Jump: Jacinta Carroll (AUS) and Ryan Dodd (CAD)
Overall: Regina Jaquess (USA) and Felipe Miranda (CHI)
Team USA will be looking to defend their Team Overall title and will need to look over their shoulders at France and Canada.
The IWWF World Waterski Championships is exclusively towed by the award-winning Ski Nautique
The event will be live streamed all 6 days
